The Kennan Institute at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars recently worked with twenty scholars from Ukraine and the West to help publish a new book titled From ‘The Ukraine’ to Ukraine: A Contemporary History. Kennan Institute Senior Advisor on Ukraine Mykhailo Minakov asked several contributors to discuss their chapters from the book on Ukrainian society over the past 30 years.
