Overview

The ongoing war and anti-oligarchic legislation have spurred the process of de-oligarchization in Ukraine. The country's oligarchic clans have lost considerable influence in the government in addition to their wealth, and the number of influential figures among the key oligarchs has radically decreased. 

Mykhailo Minakov will present results of the de-oligarchization process so far, as well as his perspective of how de-oligarchization will influence the political regime and system in Ukraine.
